COVID PROTOCOLS

For the health and safety of all present at Indian Hill Historical Society events, the Board of Trustees has established new policies for in-person meetings.  These protocols are to protect people from Covid-19 and may change as the impact of the pandemic continues to shift.

MASK POLICY

Face masks that cover nose and mouth are strongly recommended to be worn by all present at indoor events, except when consuming food or beverages.

VACCINE POLICY

All guests are required to be fully vaccinated and show proof of vaccine for entry into indoor events OR have a proof of a Covid PCR test within 72 hours of the event.  The following will be accepted:

  • A negative COVID PCR test taken within 72 hours of the event, OR
  • A negative COVID antigen test within 24 hours of the event.
  • COVID tests must be administered by an official testing center, healthcare provider or pharmacy. Self-administered tests will not be accepted, however an at home antigen test administered by virtual proctor with a time and date stamped result (such as Abbott’s BinaxNOW with the Navica app result) will be accepted.

Proof of vaccine may be emailed in advance to [email protected]

Remember to bring PROOF and PROTECTION to this event. You will be asked for PROOF as you enter, unless it has previously been provided.

Admittance may be denied without it, and the ticket will not be refunded.
